HR Consultant, Health and Medical Care Administration Responsibilities
The HR function within the health and medical care administration is tasked with supporting managers and operations in a wide range of HR issues. We work consultatively and closely with the operations to contribute to a professional and operationally relevant HR support. As an HR consultant, you will be part of the HR unit and collaborate with colleagues within the function to jointly support the administration's managers and employees.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Be the contact person for a couple of operational areas and provide close support to the managers in all HR matters.
- Work broadly, consultatively, and operationally to proactively identify needs and guide the operations forward.
- Ensure that our managers have the knowledge and tools they need to drive and implement HR processes in the operations.
- Build good relationships with our managers, employees, and union representatives in a safe and communicative manner.
- Participate in projects or assignments and actively contribute with innovative ideas and continuous improvements to HR processes such as labor law, salary formation, competence supply, work environment, and management/leadership issues.

QualificationsWe are looking for someone with an academic education in human resources or equivalent qualifications deemed comparable by the employer. We prefer that you have several years of work experience in the HR field, preferably in a public organization. You have experience with a coaching and consultative approach. You enjoy building relationships and collaborating, and you have good communication skills. The role involves a lot of freedom under responsibility and requires you to work independently and have a trustworthy attitude.
You have a positive attitude and see opportunities even in complex challenges. We value that you take a holistic perspective and are curious to understand the operations you support. Development and improvement work is a natural part of your working method, and you feel comfortable communicating and contributing in management groups. Conducting training and sharing your knowledge is something you see as a natural part of the HR role. Furthermore, you enjoy a varied job with constant reprioritizations.
